Our farmstay venue is designed for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in the rustic beauty of nature. We offer a unique experience that includes stunning views, a peaceful setting, and yet close proximity to city amentities and outdoor adventure. Whether you're here for a relaxing weekend, an event, or a wedding, we aim to create unforgettable memories that celebrate the joy of rural living.
Our Story
A Family Run Farm
At Udder Chaos Acres, our story is one of passion, dedication and more than a little Chaos. We chose this spot (or did it choose us?) to settle down and enjoy the beauty of nature, instead we got a crash course in, well everything! We work triple time now, and nature has been equally beautiful and cruel in parts. But, this journey and this piece of land has been worth it, every single time. We took an overcrowded chicken barn and expanded it, inside and out, to give the chickens more room to run and forage. We switched from lousy, cheap, pellets to organic feed - from 'Petes' Feed' in Armstrong BC. Far superior, and much healthier for our chickens and us, its always worth the extra cost (and a long drive!) to give our hens quality food. We learned about heritage breed hens and became enamoured with how beautiful all the birds can be! not to mention their gorgeous multi coloured eggs and rich-tasting deep yellow yolks. We started experimenting with breeding and raising just hatched chicks. Add to this a kitchen garden that seems to be growing into a market garden and a flower passion that started while growing out own wedding flowers- our hands are full and our days are long, but we are happy doing what we love. With our commitment to sustainability and community, we invite you to join us in celebrating the beauty of rural life and making lasting memories at our farm.
